Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 (2 1/2-ounce) submarine rolls
  • 1 (2 1/2-pound) beef brisket
  • ½ cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup bottled chili sauce
    • 1 cup sliced onion, separated into rings

Combine first 4 ingredients in a 6-quart pressure cooker. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove 1/2 cup of chili sauce mixture from pressure cooker. Trim fat from brisket.
