Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan
  • ¾ cup cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine beef, soup, bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan, herbes de Provence and pepper. With a wooden spoon, mix until just blended.
