Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 ½ pounds red-skinned potatoes
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 large onion
