Beef Chili

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) celery and leaves, chopped
• 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder (adjust to taste)
• 15 ounce(s) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 15 ounce(s) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
• 28 ounce(s) can diced tomatoes (approximately 2 large, fresh, diced tomatoes)
• 11 ounce(s) tomato juice
• ¾ teaspoon(s) garlic powder

• • 2 ½ pound(s) lean ground beef
  • 2 large sweet onions, chopped
  • 1 to 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
