  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can beef consommè
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 ¼ pounds ground sirloin
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 3 ½ cups diced baking potato (about 1 1/4 pounds)
    • 2 tablespoons chopped pitted green olives
    • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    • ½ cup beer
