Beef Fajita Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- ½ pound flank steak, cut into strips
- ½ cup fresh corn kernels
- ½ cup kidney beans, cooked
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion

- 1 tomato, chopped
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
