Beef Fajitas in Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) chopped tomatoes (8 ounce can)
    • 1 ½ pound(s) Flank steak
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips

Cut flank steak into six portions. In any size crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high 4-5 hours. Remove meat and shred; return to crockpot and mix together. Make burritos with tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese and salsa.
