Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 pound top round
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 8 scallions
  • 1 ½ cups shredded carrots
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup instant brown rice
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
    • 1 pound Broccolini
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Heat grill. Fold four 18-inch-long pieces of foil in half; unfold and coat inside with cooking spray. Combine hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar and oil in a bowl; coat beef with marinade.
