Beef Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup(s) water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pound(s) ground beef/deer
- 1 box(es) beef Rice-a-Roni (or equivalent)
Combine rice vermicelli with meat and egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20). Brown on all sides in skillet or can place on plate and cook in microwave. Drain off juice.
