Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
- 1 box(es) beef flavored Rice-A-Roni
- oil
- 2 ½ cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch, optional
Combine rice and vermicelli with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20). Put a little oil in the bottom of a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
