Ingredients
- 1 package(s) beef Rice-A-Roni
- 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
- 1 beaten egg
Shape into meatballs. Brown all sides. Combine contents of beef seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups hot water and egg. Pour over meat. Cook and simmer for 30 minutes.
