Ingredients
- 1 package(s) beef Rice-A-Roni
- 1 pound(s) ground beef, browned
- 1 egg, beaten
Combine Rice-A-Roni with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs and brown all sides in skillet. Combine the contents of beef seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups of hot water and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
