Beef Potato Casserole 2
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 3 cup(s) onion wedges
- 6 potatoes, peeled and halved (medium)
- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) salt
- 2 pound(s) beef cubes
In 3 quart casserole combine 1/2 C water and first 5 ingredients. Cover and bake 1 3/4 hours at 350. Add potatoes and bake 40 minutes more.
