  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 1/2-ounce) bag boil-in-bag long-grain rice
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (1-pound) flank steak, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

    • 2 tablespoons light coconut milk
    • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
    • 1 ½ tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Preheat broiler. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain; cover and keep warm. Cut steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
