Beef Stew with Walnuts and Orange Zest
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- ¾ cup walnut pieces (3 oz.), toasted
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper
Season beef lightly with salt and pepper; warm 2 Tbsp. oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef; brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
