Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Red Wine-Tarragon Sauce

  • 2 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • ½ teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup dry red wine
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon
    • ¼ cup low-salt beef broth

Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
