Beefy, Corn and Black Bean Nachos

Ingredients

• tomato - chopeed (optional)
• 1 pound(s) ground beef
• ¼ cup(s) chili powder
• black olives - chopped (optional)
• jalapeño - chopped (optional)
• onion - chopped
• garlic - chopped

  • 15 ounce(s) black beans - rinsed, drained
  • 12 ounce(s) tomato sauce
  • 16 ounce(s) corn - frozen, thawed
  • ¼ cup(s) cilantro - fresh
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese - sharp, shredded
