Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • Kimchi
  • Soy-Glazed Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound boneless beef rib-eye steak
  • Sesame Pepper Bean Sprouts
  • Garlicky Spinach
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • Gochujang-Date Sauce
    • Scallion Slaw
    • 1/3 cup Asian pear
    • ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
    • 2 scallions
    • 8 fried eggs
    • Wakame
    • 2 teaspoons ginger
    • Sesame Carrots
    • Sautéed Zucchini
    • 8 cups steamed sushi rice or mixed grain rice

Whisk first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add beef; toss to coat. Cover; chill for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat.
