  • 1 ¾ ounce(s) dried apricots, chopped

    • 3 tablespoon(s) chutney
    • 4 tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped
    • 4 bay leaves, plus extra for garnish
    • 1 cup(s) Whole Milk
    • 1 ¾ tablespoon(s) butter
    • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 2 whole cloves
    • inch fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
    • 2 teaspoon(s) garam masala
    • ½ teaspoon(s) turmeric

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat the butter in a saucepan and cook the onions until soft. Set aside. Heat a large frying pan over a high heat and fry the beef without oil, until golden brown.
