Boeuf Au Legumr Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ cup(s) flour
  • 1 pound(s) lean beef chuck ½ inch thick
  • 6 slice(s) bacon
  • 1 can(s) condensed beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon(s) thyme

    • ½ cup(s) finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    • 3 sliced carrots
    • 10 white onions (small)
    • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
