Brisket Tacos
Ingredients
- 10 -15 tortillas
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup minced onion
- ¼ teaspoon salt
