Brisket Tacos

Ingredients

  • 10 -15 tortillas
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon celery salt
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • ¼ cup liquid smoke (Colgin's is best)
    • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
    • 5 -6 lbs fresh beef brisket, well trimmed
