Broiled Herb Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) catsup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried basil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed (large clove)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon(s) coarsely ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Soy Sauce
    • 2 pound(s) beef round steak

Place steak in dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Brush both sides of steak with mixture. Cover and refrigerate 5-24 hours. With steak on rack in broiler pan, broil about 3" from heat until medium doneness, 8-10 minutes on each side. Slice across the grain into 1/4" slices.
