BULGOGI
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) beef (Sirloin or other steak beef)
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) salt
- 4 scallions coarsely chopped (Medium)
- 3 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) water, rice wine or white wine
Cut the beef into thin slices about 3" by 1/8" thick (this can be done at the butcher shop). If doing at home, freeze the beef to make it easier. Marinate the beef in the remaining ingredients for 2 hours or more. Traditionally this meat is broiled but it can also be sautéed in a frying pan.
