Cabbage Patch Soup 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (medium)
  • ½ cup(s) celery
  • 1 can(s) tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • ½ cup(s) cabbage, thinly sliced
    • 2 cup(s) water

Brown ground beef in butter until crumbly. Add onions and celery and saut 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage. Bring to a boil. Add cabbage and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 4-6. I add a lot more water and saut garlic with the onions and celery.
