Ingredients

• 1 can(s) diced tomatoes, undrained (14 ounce can)
• 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoon(s) pure vegetable oil
• ½ cup(s) Milk
• 1 cup(s) self-rising white corn meal mix

  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish or shallow 2 quart casserole with non-stick spray.
