Cheesy Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ cup(s) milk
• ¼ cup(s) onion - chopped
• ¹/₃ cup(s) dry bread crumbs
• ¼ cup(s) brown sugar
• 1 egg - slightly beaten

• • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 can(s) mushroom pieces - drained or 4 oz. fresh mushrooms - chopped and sauteéd in butter until brown
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar or monterey jack cheese - grated
  • ¾ cup(s) ketchup
