  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 fully cooked breakfast pork-sausage patty
  • 1/3 cup green onion tops
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 4 4- to 5-inch-long pieces skirt steak
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 pinch ground cloves
    • ½ teaspoon dried sage

Pour 1/2 cup broth into shallow bowl. Place flour in another shallow bowl. Sprinkle steak pieces on both sides with salt and pepper.
