  • 1 (8-oz.) can basil, garlic, and oregano tomato sauce
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

    • 1 (14.5-oz.) can basil, garlic, and oregano diced tomatoes
    • 8 cups boiling water
    • 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
    • 2 (6-oz.) cans tomato paste
    • ¾ teaspoon pepper, divided
    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 (16-oz.) container ricotta cheese
    • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt, divided
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
