Ingredients

• 1 can(s) crushed tomatoes (28 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) light red kidney beans (15.5 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) vacuum packed corn (Niblets) (11 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) pinto beans (15.5 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) black beans (15.5 ounce can)
• non stick cooking spray
• 1 onion, diced (medium)

• • 1 pound(s) 96% lean ground beef or 99% lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cumin or to taste
  • 4 tablespoon(s) chili powder or to taste
