Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry - thawed
  • ½ pound(s) corned beef - pre packaged or leftovers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 4 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
