Country Pie

Ingredients

• ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
• ¼ teaspoon dried basil
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 ½ cups tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 1 ¹/₃ cups instant rice
