Creamy Ghetti

Ingredients

• ½ pound(s) Cottage Cheese
• 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
• 1 ounce(s) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• ½ pint(s) sour cream
• ½ pound(s) pasta, cooked
• Salt, to taste
• 1 teaspoon(s) oregano

• • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 ounce(s) cans tomato sauce

In saucepan, brown ground beef. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese.
