Crispy sweet chilli beef with pineapple

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ oranges, juice only, plus orange slices to garnish
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, or to taste

    • 2 tbsp light soy sauce, or to taste
    • 2 spring onions, chopped
    • 200 g cooked jasmine rice
    • grated fresh ginger, to taste
    • 75-100 g green beans, chopped
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
    • 2 tbsp cornflour
    • 300 g beef sirloin, trimmed, very finely sliced
    • 600 ml groundnut oil
