Cube Steak Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds beef cube steak
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cube beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 cup water
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced potatoes, drained
    • 1 (8 ounce) can peas and carrots
    • 1 teaspoon browning sauce
    • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Cut cube steaks into pieces about 1/2 inch in size. Sprinkle flour over a plate, and dredge meat in flour. 2. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium high heat.
