Ingredients

  • 8 onions chopped (medium)
  • 12 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cumin
  • 4 teaspoon(s) chili powder (or to taste)
  • 2 can(s) Kidney Beans (15 oz. cans)
  • 2 can(s) chili beans (hot) (15 ounce cans)

    • 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
    • 4 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 32 ounce(s) diced tomatoes (or tomato juice)
    • 64 ounce(s) tomato sauce
    • 4 pound(s) ground beef
    • 64 ounce(s) water (or to the consistency you like)
    • 1 can(s) beer (12 ounce can)

Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer red. Mix beef and onions with all other ingredients (except beer) until blended in large pot. Bring to a boil stirring to keep from sticking.
