Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 ¼ pounds ground beef chuck
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ large red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 carrot
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/3 cup cilantro
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 2 tablespoons ketchup
    • 1 small red onion
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 medium onion

Mix together beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, oregano, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a scant 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Form into 4 (4 1/2-inch-wide) patties.
