Easy Salsa Meatloaf

- dried parsley to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cup salsa
