Ingredients

- ¼ cup(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) salt
- 30 ginger snaps
- 2 onions, chopped (medium)
- 1 bottle(s) Ketchup (14 ounce Bottle)

In a large pan with a lid to cover or a crock pot, brown beef well. Add water to cover meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender, about 3-5 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
