Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup(s) quick cooking tapioca
- 1 pound(s) stew beef, cubed
- 1 pound(s) carrots
- 2 onions
- 3 stalk(s) celery
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

- 1 4 oz can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- ½ cup(s) red wine or water
