Easy Spaghetti with Meat Sauce


  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package(s) spaghetti (8 oz pkg)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • ½ cup(s) green peppers
  • ½ cup(s) chopped onion
  • 2 can(s) tomato sauce (8 ounce cans)
  • 1 pound(s) ground (chuck) beef

Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until redness is gone. Drain fat. Add 2 cans tomato sauce plus 1 can of water. Mix well. After bringing to a boil, simmer (covered) for 30 minutes or longer. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Add parmesan cheese, if desired.
