• ¾ cup meatless spaghetti sauce
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons canola oil
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
