ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 22
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 package(s) Corn Tortillas (12 ounce pkg)
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package(s) taco seasoning
- 1 can(s) enchilada sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
Brown meat with onion; drain. Add enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and soup; simmer until hot. In a 9 x 13 pan begin a layer of tortillas, small amount of meat mixture, and cheese. Continue layers, ending with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
