Ingredients
- 3 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 pound(s) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 package(s) corn tortillas
- 1 can(s) diced green chilies (14 ounce can)
- 2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- 3 can(s) enchilada sauce (not hot)
- 1 onion (chopped)
Crumble ground beef and fry with onion until brown. Add enchilada sauce and simmer. In another pan combine mushroom soup (undiluted) and green chilies, and simmer.
