Enchilada Supper


  • 1 can(s) refried beans
  • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 can(s) enchilada sauce (10 ounce can)
  • 1 package(s) frito corn chips (large pkg)
  • 1 pound(s) longhorn cheese (grated)
  • 1 can(s) diced green chilies

Brown ground beef with onions, drain. Pour enchilada sauce over and simmer for 10 minutes. Spread fritos over bottom of casserole; spoon beans over top, chilies next, and then meat mixture. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with chopped lettuce and sour cream and salsa.
