Fast and Yummy Taco Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, chopped (medium)
  • 2 cup(s) cheese
  • 2 cup(s) tortilla chips (nacho Doritos are the best)
  • ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) salsa
  • 2 cup(s) shredded lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 pound(s) hamburger

In a skillet, brown beef and drain. Add salsa, sour cream and chili powder. Mix well. In an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish layer half beef mixture, chips and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Just before serving, top with tomato and lettuce.
