Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
  • 1 cup(s) beef broth
  • 1/3 cup(s) raisins
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoon(s) capers
    • 1/3 cup(s) chopped olives with pimientos
    • ground pepper to taste
    • cooked white rice

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large saut pan. Add onion and cook well. Add ground beef and garlic and cook until beef is browned. Add remaining ingredients and heat to bubbling. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve picadillo over white rice.
