Feijoada (Meat Stew with Black Beans)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon peanut or olive oil
  • 1 pig's foot
  • ¼ pound chorizo

  • 12 cups low sodium or homemade chicken broth or water
  • 1 pound corned beef
  • 1 ½ cups dry black beans
