  • ¼ cup(s) coarsely crushed black peppercorns
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/3 cup(s) beef broth
  • 1 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 4 beef tenderloin fillets 1 ½ inch thick (6 ounce )
