  • 1 pound(s) ground beef, lean
  • 1 cup(s) onion, diced
  • 1 cup(s) green pepper, diced
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, diced
  • 1 can(s) diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. Brown ground beef with onions, green pepper, and celery until no longer pink. Combine the macaroni and beef mixture with remaining ingredients. Simmer until cooked through.
