Greek Macaroni With Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cupbutter
  • 1 ½ cupsparmesan cheese (or kefalotyri, if you have it)
  • 1 -2 lbuncookedmacaroni (or other pasta)
  • 1 cupdry white wine
  • 3 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 1 (28 ounce) cancrushed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspooncinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoonground cloves
    • 1 -2 lblean ground beef
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 -2 onion, finely chopped
    • ¼ cupolive oil (or butter)
